Data Engineer II, Managed Operations Engineering & Data Science (MOEDS)

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Data Engineer II to join their Managed Operations Engineering & Data Science (MOEDS) team. This role is part of AWS's innovative lab focused on reducing operational load through long-term engineering projects. The successful candidate will be part of the AWS Managed Operations (MO) organization, founded in April 2023, which aims to improve the availability, reliability, latency, performance, and efficiency of AWS regions. You'll work with advanced tech stack including AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, and various cloud-native tools.

Key responsibilities include developing data models, building ETL pipelines, and designing scalable data solutions. You'll collaborate with business and software teams to understand requirements and implement efficient data architectures.
