Join Amazon's Data and AI team as a Data Engineer III within the Customer Engagement Technology division. The Data and AI team is a new function within Customer Engagement Technology, owning the end-to-end process of defining, building, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive data strategy. The team focuses on developing and applying Generative AI, Machine Learning, Ontology, and Natural Language Processing to improve customer and associate experiences.
