This role combines technical expertise with operational excellence, focusing on maintaining and optimizing critical infrastructure components.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of crucial service components, including Continuous Integration and Release Build systems. They will need to leverage their programming skills in Python/Shell to create toolkits that enhance operational efficiency, while also providing technical support and problem resolution for the device development lifecycle.

This position requires someone who can work independently yet collaborate effectively with project teams, combining hands-on technical skills with strong communication abilities. The role involves both reactive support (handling incidents, on-call rotations) and proactive improvements (system documentation, process upgrades).

Responsibilities For DevOps Operation Engineer

  • Perform daily monitoring, maintenance and support tasks for critical service and infrastructure components
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot tools and system issues
  • Perform remote administration and configuration based on projects and support tickets
  • Write toolkit with scripting languages to deliver excellence operations
  • Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues
  • Coordinate with project teams to resolve services and tools problems
  • Write and review support procedures and system documentation
  • Supervise software and process upgrades
  • Participate in campaigns to help employees generate high quality products

Requirements For DevOps Operation Engineer

  • 3+ years of software development experience, or 5+ years of technical support experience
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in handling complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language
  • Experience in analyzing system metrics and performance data

  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
