Your responsibilities will span the entire semiconductor development lifecycle, from process definition to yield optimization. You'll work closely with internal design, product, and manufacturing teams, as well as external foundry partners. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of semiconductor process development experience, with at least 5 years in foundry management. You should have deep knowledge of device physics, process qualification, and failure analysis techniques.
