Description For Front End Engineer, DynamoDB

Join the Amazon DynamoDB team in Dublin to build operational interfaces supporting some of the world's largest distributed systems. As a Front End Engineer, you'll be part of AWS's mission to provide best-in-class cloud data services, working on distributed storage, index, and query systems that are scalable and fault-tolerant.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an elite team of developers on ambitious initiatives to meet global DynamoDB demand. You'll be building high-performance, customer-friendly products while working with the latest innovations in cloud computing. The position is part of AWS Utility Computing (UC), which provides foundational services like S3 and EC2.

Your responsibilities will include driving architecture and technology roadmaps, defining and implementing features, conducting code reviews, and delivering highly available services. Responsibilities For Front End Engineer, DynamoDB

  • Drive the architecture and technology roadmap for key DynamoDB services
  • Define functional and technical feature epics and user stories
  • Code and test system components, and lead code and design reviews
  • Deliver and operate highly available, scalable, low-latency services in production
  • Be responsible for the overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Mentor other engineers and help grow the team

Requirements For Front End Engineer, DynamoDB
