As an Electrical Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for the product electrical design, development, and quality of consumer electronic products. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced start-up like environment and want to invent the future. In this role, you will:
- Develop engineering requirement specifications
- Work with multiple discipline engineering to deliver good electrical design
- Support positive team interactions to accomplish program objectives
- Provide cross-functional program integration support to ensure team success
- Lead contract manufacturers to deliver quality work throughout the product development cycle
- Work with contract manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams through the design-for-manufacturing process and engineering verification stages
- Apply technical expertise to problem-solving throughout the product lifecycle
- Coach or mentor junior electrical engineers
- International and domestic travel will be required
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, expertise in AC-DC design, experience with power electronic product design, and knowledge of processor architecture and various communication protocols. You should be able to work autonomously and have strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities For In-region Electrical Engineer

Requirements For In-region Electrical Engineer
- MSEE with at least 5+ years of experience or BSEE with at least 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering in consumer product or power product
- At least 2+ years of experience leading and working with contract manufacturers for all stages of product development
- At least 3+ years of experience with system-level design including circuit design, system bring-up, integration, and debug
- Practical experience in AC-DC design, with expertise in various topologies such as flyback, buck, buck-boost, PFC, and LLC
- Experience in power electronic product (AC-DC/DC-DC) design including schematic, PCB layout, component selection
- Experience in AC-DC/DC-DC EE validation test, ability to create test plans, review results, and fix issues
- Familiarity with safety and compliance requirements including IEC, UL for power products
- Knowledge of processor architecture, digital circuit design and various communications protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, USB, MIPI, I2S, etc.
- Knowledge of physical failure analysis techniques for electrical failure analysis
- English and Mandarin language skills
