Description For ISV Account Manager

As an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Sales Representative at AWS, you will deliver digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects & developers. In this role, you will establish Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across the ISV accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS product and services portfolio to ISVs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading account planning process to align AWS resources with customers
  • Building and deepening executive relationships across all aspects of the customer's organization
  • Driving growth and managing end-to-end business cycles
  • Selling at the most senior level within accounts and implementing broad strategies for customer acceptance and AWS service implementation
  • Collaborating with internal AWS resources to support customer interests

The ideal candidate will have experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, enabling them to drive engagement at both executive and technical levels. You will empower customers to solve challenges while achieving their operational and innovation goals, delivering business outcomes and guiding them to become more agile, innovative, and efficient.

  • Experience as a quota carrying technology field sales individual, or business development professional
  • Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects
