Network Development Engineer, Enterprise Network, GCNA

Amazon's Enterprise Network team is seeking experienced Network Development Engineers to help scale and automate one of the world's largest and most complex networks. As part of AWS Infrastructure Services, you'll join a diverse team responsible for the critical global connectivity that supports internal services, business applications, datacenter infrastructure, and over 1 million internal users.

In this role, you'll work on innovative solutions to automate and scale next-generation network architectures deployed across AWS Datacenters globally. You'll be part of the team that keeps the cloud running, supporting all AWS data centers including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure continuous customer access to AWS services.

The position requires strong technical expertise in networking protocols and operations, combined with automation skills. You'll collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, and security experts to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while optimizing capacity and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities include deploying and scaling network infrastructure, developing automation tools, creating repeatable processes, and working closely with internal customers on solution design and implementation. The ideal candidate should be autonomous, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in designing scalable solutions and troubleshooting complex network problems.
