Network Development Engineer, OTN-Edge

Join Amazon's Operations Technology Engineers team building wired and wireless networks powering Amazon fulfillment centers and transportation sites worldwide. As a Network Development Engineer, you'll be part of a creative team supporting networks used by hundreds of thousands of associates and critical fulfillment systems. The role involves designing next-generation networks supporting robotics, industrial IoT, sensors, drones, and mobile devices. You'll make data-driven decisions, iterate on designs, and deliver scalable systems while maintaining focus on information security and network reliability. The position includes operating the world's largest fulfillment network, mentoring support teams, and driving root cause resolution of critical network events. Working with OpsTech NetEng team offers variety in both short-term innovation and long-term strategic projects across multiple business units globally, from small delivery stations to advanced automated fulfillment centers in North America, Japan, and Europe.
