Operations Engineer, Japan Operations (2026 Entry)

Amazon is seeking new graduates to start their careers as Operations Engineers in the Operations division of Amazon Japan. The company's mission is to be "Earth's most customer-centric company" with the largest selection of products. The Operations division is continuously pursuing innovation in delivery systems, including robotics and automation initiatives. As an Operations Engineer, you will lead projects to create and improve processes while collaborating with related teams. You will be assigned to either the Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions (JCFS) or Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Engineer Team. Both divisions offer career development support including multiple rotations based on personal preferences. The work location will be at the corporate office in Tokyo.
