Ops Integration Engineer

As a Operations Integration Engineer, you'll be an essential part of innovating and transforming our processes. Key responsibilities include: • Participating in cross-functional business decisions, aligning partner teams, and recommending long-term, data-backed solutions. • Leading deployment of process standard implementations and upgrades within the fulfillment and transportation network. • Delivering scoping documents, setting objectives, analyzing data, and driving quantifiable success metrics. • Supporting end-to-end roadmaps and developing overall program delivery strategies. • Managing change request processes and mechanisms. • Contributing to creation and improvement of operational standards, partnering with local teams.

This position may support multiple sites within the region and the ability to routinely travel between local sites is essential. The successful candidate must be capable of occasional domestic travel, estimated at less than 25% of the time.
