Amazon's Selling Partner Support Experience team is seeking a Process Engineer to join their dynamic organization focused on supporting third-party sellers on Amazon's marketplace. This role combines technical expertise with process optimization to enhance the seller support experience.

The position involves working with Amazon's proprietary BPMN tool to develop and improve software products that automate and streamline seller support operations. As a Process Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement automated solutions that improve the seller support experience. Responsibilities For Process Engineer - Technology, Selling Partner Support Experience (SPSE)

  • Analyze operational processes to design, develop, test, launch and improve high quality self-service software products
  • Partner with SPSE organization to understand business models and generate technical requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers, software engineers, business analysts and program managers
  • Document requirements, create functional specifications and generate BPMN technology powered process maps
  • Author content in various markup languages
  • Deep dive technical product or operational issues to identify root cause
  • Develop ownership of process engineering processes
