Senior Automation Engineer

Amazon's Operations division is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join their Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team. This role is crucial in maximizing equipment reliability and operational performance in Amazon's fulfillment centers through proactive controls automation and technical support. The position involves working with state-of-the-art technology including conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, and SCADA devices.

As a Senior Automation Engineer, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting complex control systems, analyzing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional teams to optimize material handling equipment (MHE) systems.
