Senior Software Development Engineer, AWS Elastic Load Balancing, (Level 6), Customer Success Team

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, supporting all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, and equipment that keep the cloud running. The Elastic Load Balancing (ELB) Customer Success team is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to develop innovative solutions for customer success. This role focuses on building tooling for large-scale distributed canary systems and troubleshooting solutions, including LLM and GenAI-powered automation.

As a Senior SDE, you'll work on complex technical challenges with high business impact, architecting and developing end-to-end agentic AI solutions. You'll be responsible for designing scalable web services using AWS technologies and implementing LLM-based frameworks. The role requires strong technical leadership, mentoring abilities, and expertise in distributed systems.
