Senior Solutions Architect, Indonesia SA Team

As a Senior Solutions Architect in the Indonesia SA Team at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will be a key member of the solution architecture team for enterprise customers. Your role involves ensuring the success of Enterprise Customers in building and migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform. You will partner with the account management team to identify, develop, and realize business opportunities, own each engagement, and help ensure timely and successful delivery of value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Educating customers on the value proposition of AWS and participating in deep architectural discussions
• Conducting technical workshops to transfer knowledge to customers
• Building deep relationships with CxOs and senior technical individuals within customer organizations
• Capturing and sharing best-practice knowledge amongst the solution architect community and with customers
• Authoring and contributing to AWS customer-facing publications such as white papers and blog articles
• Presenting at AWS and industry events
• Acting as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support

The ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for building and adapting to new technologies
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline
• 8+ years in customer-facing roles and 10+ years of hands-on technical experience working with Applications, Compute/Networking/Storage/Database, and Security
• Exposure to programming languages, software architecture, and database performance tuning
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications include:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience with AWS services, especially in core services, AI/ML, AWS Lambda, Machine Learning, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon S3, and Amazon EC2 Container Service
• Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects
• Data science background and experience with data manipulation, model selection, training, and deployment at scale
• Experience leading software development teams and building microservice architectures
• AWS Certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional
