Amazon's Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) team is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join their dynamic organization. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering work, focusing on automation and process improvement. As a Senior Support Engineer, you'll lead a team while working on designing and developing self-service software products called Paramount workflows. The position involves collaboration with multiple teams including Operations, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists.

The role is based in Bengaluru, India, working with the TSE team that ensures customers have a trustworthy shopping experience on Amazon. You'll be responsible for eliminating catalog defects, ensuring policy compliance, and helping maintain high standards for the marketplace. The position requires strong technical skills in software development, API integration, and system troubleshooting, combined with leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team of support engineers.
