Responsibilities For Senior Support Engineer, Audible

  • Be a technical lead and subject matter expert for one or more services
  • Lead large, cross-functional team projects and resolve complex support issues
  • Drive team improvement in operational efficiency through SLAs, metrics, monitors, and documentation
  • Work with development and QA teams to improve change management life-cycle
