The team is responsible for developing core causal measurement and modeling capabilities that serve all of Amazon Ads. You'll be working with cutting-edge AWS technologies and open-source tools like EMR, Kinesis, AWS Batch, Spark, Presto, and PyTorch to process over 50 billion events daily and manage petabyte-scale clusters.
As an SDE II, you'll collaborate with world-class Data Scientists, Applied Scientists, Economists, and technical leaders to advance measurement science and causal inference. Your work will directly impact how advertisers optimize their ad spend and allocate budgets effectively by providing accurate, actionable, and timely causal measurement across all Amazon ad products.
