Software Development Engineer, Alexa Audio

Join Amazon's Alexa Audio team to shape the future of voice-controlled audio experiences. As part of the Alexa Entertainment Team, you'll work on audio experiences including Music, Podcast, Audio Books, Radio, and Ambient soundscapes for millions of daily users. The role involves creating seamless integration between Alexa devices and various content providers like Amazon Music, Spotify, and Apple.

You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including voice control interfaces and Generative AI, while building scalable API platforms. The team is responsible for managing a vast universe of audio content, making it easily accessible through voice commands and proactive suggestions.

Working closely with Product Management and Design teams, you'll help refine customer experiences for Alexa entertainment products. The role offers significant technical ownership of new features and supporting architecture. Key focus areas include designing and implementing software for complex audio experiences, creating infrastructure for LLM integration, developing tools for model accuracy improvement, and influencing operational excellence across core audio services.
