Software Development Engineer, Amazon Connect Customer Engagement Experience Insights

The Data Insights team is seeking a software development engineer to play a crucial role in driving the tech vision. This position involves leading and coaching other engineers while designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure for robust analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Amazon Connect is a disruptive cloud-based contact center enabling businesses to deliver engaging customer service experiences. Built on 10 years of Amazon's own customer service development, it leverages AI and AWS services like Amazon Lex, Polly, Lambda, S3, and Kinesis.

Key Responsibilities:
