Software Development Engineer, Amazon Security Platform Engineering

As a Software Development Engineer in the Amazon Security Platform Engineering team, you will:

• Design, implement, and test systems for Security Engineers
• Use AWS services to build highly available infrastructure for these tools
• Implement security controls for data storage and infrastructure
• Automate deployments, upgrades, and system changes
• Partner with security engineers and learn how they use our tools to protect Amazon's operations
• Ensure systems can ingest petabytes of incoming data without slowing down
• Participate in oncall operations and keep systems operating for partners across the company
• Uncover opportunities to build skills in cloud computing, security, and data engineering
• Work to support tools in the new European Sovereign Cloud
