Software Development Engineer, eero

eero, an Amazon company, is seeking a highly skilled System Development Engineer to enhance the connectivity efficiency and experience of their devices and clients. As part of eero's mission to reinvent WiFi, you'll make a significant impact on modern home connectivity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Improving mesh and client connectivity
• Designing and implementing new roaming features
• Analyzing and solving connectivity problems
• Enhancing embedded system internals, including wireless drivers, firmware, and hostap components
• Collaborating with testing teams to discover and debug issues
• Driving decisions about testing improvements
• Working with core operating system, mobile, and cloud teams to deliver features
• Maintaining regulatory settings, board settings, tools, and scripts

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Gain hands-on experience with hardware while developing software
• Work with internal and external teams
• Contribute to core eero technologies such as roaming, routing, and connectivity performance
