Software Development Engineer II, ADSP Infrastructure Platform (Prism)

Amazon Advertising builds next-generation solutions that enable advertisers to reach customers across owned and operated sites, and other high-quality publisher sites. The ADSP Infrastructure Platform (Prism) team is at the heart of the Amazon Ads stack, responsible for exchange and bidding infrastructure serving hundreds of billions of requests daily. We're seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join our team working on mission-critical systems with extreme high performance and availability requirements.

The role involves building and managing systems that serve and respond to hundreds of billions of requests daily from ad slots on both Amazon and non-Amazon properties across all delivery channels including Display, Online Video, Streaming TV Video, and Digital Signs. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies while maintaining millisecond-level response latencies and strict SLA requirements.

As an SDE II, you'll collaborate with talented engineers and principal engineers to design and implement features, develop robust automation solutions, and enhance our ability to deliver value continuously to advertisers and customers. You'll be responsible for decreasing operational overhead while maintaining system reliability and scalability.

The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex technical problems, is a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment, and has strong ownership mentality. You'll use both AWS and non-AWS technologies, working on systems that operate at incredible scale.
