Amazon Customer Service (CS) is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join their Contact Handling Experience (CHEX) team. This role focuses on building and improving customer experience solutions that support Amazon's Customer Service Associates (CSAs). You'll work with cutting-edge technologies like GraphQL, Java, Spring, and AWS to create innovative customer engagement services.

The position offers an opportunity to work on complex systems at global scale, developing solutions that directly impact customer service delivery.
