The position focuses on the IMS Platform team, which owns the Plugin Platform, Bifrost Service, and IMS Datamart. These systems are crucial for catalog enrichment, processing over 50 billion attribute enrichments monthly. The Plugin Platform has successfully launched 30+ plugins, significantly reducing enricher onboarding time and simplifying integration with IOP's Contribution and Item processing.
As an SDE II, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing high-availability systems, working with distributed systems that must be transactional, scalable, and fault-tolerant. You'll collaborate with top-tier developers on cross-team projects and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
