Software Development Engineer II, Employee Services Tech

As a Software Development Engineer II in the Employee Services Tech team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining critical human capital management systems that support millions of Amazonians across 62 countries. You'll work on technology that powers payroll, benefits, time and attendance, disability and leaves, hiring, immigration, learning, and health and safety systems.

The role focuses on creating frustration-free, personalized HR experiences for Amazon employees. You'll develop scalable solutions that work across 60+ countries while adhering to varying regulatory requirements. Your work will directly impact every Amazon employee's experience with their benefits and HR services.
