We are part of the India & Emerging Stores Customer Fulfilment Experience Org, focused on addressing unique customer requirements and reducing costs/abuse of returns and rejects for Emerging Stores. Our team implements technical solutions to reduce concessions/refunds costs, including buyer and seller abuse, return/reject transportation, and operations costs at return centers.
The role involves building new system capabilities for strategic business initiatives using state-of-the-art technologies including AWS OpenSearch, Lambda, ECS, SQS, DynamoDB, and Neptune. You'll work in a high-performance agile ecosystem where engineers directly connect with customers through seller/FC/Delivery Station visits.
The team's mission is to prevent customer abuse for IN & emerging marketplaces using ML-based solutions. We detect abusive patterns and apply interventions at different stages of the buyer's journey. We use various ML models including regression-based (XgBoost) and deep-learning models (RNN, CNN) using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
