Software Development Engineer in Test, Amazon

We're working to improve shopping on Amazon using the conversational capabilities of large language models, and are searching for pioneers who are passionate about technology, innovation, and customer experience, and are ready to make a lasting impact on the industry. We are seeking a talented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to build frameworks and tools to support internal stakeholders such as Quality Assurance teams and Software Development teams.

Key job responsibilities:

• Build state-of-the-art systems using AWS tools.
• Architect, design, develop and deploy new features to the testing automation platform and frameworks.
• Lead and actively participate in design review, test planning and tools reviews, aligning teams across organization on test solutions and strategies.
• Write scalable, and robust code and perform peer code-reviews.
• Work directly with Developers, QA Engineers and Product Managers to ensure quality development and quality of our applications and platforms.
• Design and implement automation framework that can extend across multiple products or applications.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules.
• Mentorship to QA engineers who will be contributing to automation.
