Software Development Engineer, Music AI & Personalization

Amazon Music is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their Music AI & Personalization team. This role focuses on building the next generation of Amazon Music Gen AI products that serve millions of worldwide customers. The position involves working with AI technologies to transform how customers discover and engage with music and podcasts, creating personalized and dynamic experiences that allow natural language interaction across mobile apps, web player, voice-forward audio engagement products, and car integrations.

As an SDE, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying large-scale distributed systems. You'll work closely with scientists, product managers, and engineers to shape strategy and define roadmaps. The role requires strong technical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $129,300 to $223,600 based on location, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
