AWS Networking Telemetry and Engineering (NTE) team is seeking an exceptional Software Development Engineer to join their innovative team. The role focuses on building and automating software systems that leverage data streaming solutions for next-generation network monitoring systems. The team owns critical data streams that handle AWS traffic monitoring data, essential for traffic engineering, real-time analysis, and network congestion resolution.

As part of AWS Infrastructure Services, you'll be working on the fundamental systems that keep the cloud running. The team supports all AWS data centers, including servers, storage, networking, and power equipment that ensures continuous customer access to AWS services. You'll be tackling complex problems involving thousands of variables in the supply chain.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of distributed systems, design and implementation experience, and the ability to lead and coach engineers. You'll work in an agile environment, collaborating with diverse teams including software engineers, network engineers, data engineers, and scientists.
