Software Development Engineer, Route 53 Edge Team

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The Route 53 Edge Team is responsible for Amazon's highly available and scalable Domain Name System (DNS) service. Operating in over 50 locations worldwide, Route 53 provides advanced functionality including latency-based routing, Private DNS, Geo DNS routing, DNS failover, and integration with various AWS services.

As a Software Development Engineer on the Edge Platforms Team, you will:

• Design, develop, and operate services and systems for global edge fleets
• Work on distributed systems, networking, and low-level optimization
• Contribute to building and operating a better and secure Internet
• Help maintain 100% availability SLA with fast change propagation
• Collaborate on new features, traffic management, AWS integrations, and health check capabilities
