The position involves working on Project Kuiper's critical sub-team responsible for defining and implementing digital chip SOCs for communications between Low Earth Orbit satellites and Amazon gateways. As a Sr. ASIC Modem Design Engineer, you'll be implementing complex wireless system architectures in silicon, covering the entire development cycle from system specifications through to chip-level validation. The role demands expertise in optimizing solutions for customer experience metrics like throughput, latency, and availability while managing power and cost constraints.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $143,300 to $247,600 per year, depending on location, plus additional benefits including equity and sign-on payments.
