Amazon Redshift is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join their world-class service team at AWS. The position involves working with Amazon Redshift, a fully managed, petabyte-scale data warehouse service that enables querying data across data warehouses and S3 Data Lakes.

You'll work directly with some of AWS's largest customers, supporting Redshift engineering, product, and operations teams. Key responsibilities include issue resolution, pre-sales support, process automation, and close collaboration with business and support teams.

The role includes a competitive compensation package ranging from $138,200 to $239,000 per year, depending on location, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
