Amazon Web Services (AWS) National Security is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Account Engineer (EAE) to be the principal technical advisor for customers across various industries. This role combines technical expertise with customer relationship management to help organizations maximize their AWS cloud adoption.
As an EAE, you'll work with AWS services including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS databases, Lambda, SageMaker, ECS/EKS, GuardDuty, Systems Manager, CodePipeline, and IoT. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to drive customer adoption, providing technical guidance, and ensuring operational health of customer environments.
The position requires strong technical engineering background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management. You'll serve as the 'voice of the customer' while helping organizations from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises implement AWS best practices.
