AWS National Security is seeking an Enterprise Account Engineer (EAE) to be the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. This role involves crafting and executing strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, SageMaker, ECS/EKS, and more.
As an EAE, you'll provide strategic technical guidance, help maintain operational health, and build close relationships with customers to understand their business needs and technical challenges. You'll engage in discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support and risk management.
The position requires a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and involves approximately 10% travel. You'll be part of AWS's fastest-growing organizations, helping customers innovate across all technologies including Compute, Storage, Database, Machine Learning, Security, and more.
