Sr. Integ. & Change Engineer, Robotic Integration & Change

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Senior Integration & Change Engineer to join their team in Westborough, MA. This role focuses on managing system configurations, service integrations, and change deployments across Amazon's global robotics installations.

The position involves working with advanced mobile robotics platforms, owning fleet change management, and driving software retrofit initiatives to improve performance, reliability, and safety of Amazon's robotics systems. The successful candidate will coordinate and execute system changes in live operational environments while ensuring seamless integration with minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing change processes for robotics systems including configurations and software rollouts
• Planning and implementing change requests across multiple Amazon sites
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning
• Monitoring change queues and ensuring compliance with control procedures
• Cross-functional collaboration with Software, Retrofit, Hardware, and Deployment teams
• Analyzing customer feedback to improve implementation strategies
• Providing expert guidance on change management and systems integration

The role requires working Tuesday through Saturday (9 AM - 5 PM EST) on-site in Westborough, MA, with flexibility for remote work on weekends.
