Sr SDE - Ring AI/ML Cloud, Ring Pioneer Team

Ring is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join the Ring Pioneer Team that specializes in new AI/ML cloud initiatives. This team is at the forefront of developing and deploying innovative machine learning solutions that will shape the future of Ring's intelligent features across our product ecosystem.

The role involves leading the design and development of AI/ML services in cloud environments (AWS), focusing on novel applications and emerging technologies. You'll drive technical direction and architecture of experimental and large-scale ML systems, including advanced model training pipelines and high-performance inference services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading AI/ML service development in cloud environments
• Driving technical direction for large-scale ML systems
• Evaluating new AI/ML technologies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Implementing MLOps best practices
• Mentoring team members
• Providing thought leadership in software engineering and machine learning

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $151,300 to $261,500 per year based on location, plus equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits including medical, financial, and other benefits.
