Sr SDE , Unified Payments Experience (UPX)

Amazon's Unified Payments Experience (UPX) team is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join their innovative payment solutions team. The position involves working on modernizing architecture using bleeding-edge technologies, including AWS services, React Native, Open Source frameworks, and Serverless architecture. You'll be tackling complex engineering challenges from securing customer PII to building highly reliable Tier-1 services with 5 9s availability.

As a Senior SDE, you'll be responsible for designing and developing product features that focus on scale, efficiency, and differentiated customer experience. The role requires strong end-to-end software development skills and the ability to deliver solutions that can handle Amazon's massive scale.

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment alongside talented engineers, participating in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle - from requirements analysis through to production deployment. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $150,700 to $251,700 per year, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
