Sr Software Development Engineer, Amazon Connect

We are looking for passionate and talented Software Development Engineers to join us to innovate on Amazon Connect, a highly disruptive cloud-based contact center that enables businesses to deliver engaging, dynamic, and personal customer service experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Own code end-to-end from design to development
• Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS
• Develop scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus
• Solve complex engineering and algorithmic problems
• Design and deliver the next generation contact center

The ideal candidate will have:

• Sound understanding of computer science fundamentals
• Practical industry experience working across the stack with modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data, and more
• Passion for learning and taking on new challenges
• Sensitivity to customer needs
• Enjoyment working with a fun, inclusive team towards common goals
