Sr. Software Engineer - Digital Twin, Project Kuiper

Project Kuiper is an innovative initiative by Amazon to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites, aimed at providing high-speed broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide.

As a Sr. Software Engineer on the satellite bus systems team, you'll be at the forefront of developing and integrating algorithms and simulation models for state of health estimation, predictive analysis, and system performance optimization. The role involves working with cutting-edge technology in satellite systems, particularly focusing on power subsystems, batteries, and solar arrays.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and deploying digital twin models for hardware systems
• Performing complex simulations and predictive analysis
• Developing cloud-native software systems
• Creating automated operational workflows
• Building robust APIs for system integration
• Leading technical roadmap definition and mentoring junior engineers

You'll work in a highly collaborative environment with hardware & software development teams, systems engineering, and test teams. The role requires expertise in large sensor datasets, API development, and cloud deployment.
