Sr. Software Engineer, EC2 VPC

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their EC2 VPC team, focusing on redefining the future of EC2 networking for Cloud Computing in 2025. This role involves working on software-defined networking (SDN) dataplane stack that powers EC2 networking across various industries including Machine Learning, Cloud Gaming, Health, Fintech, and Video Streaming. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end feature development for the EC2 Nitro System, establishing development standards, owning team architecture, and mentoring junior engineers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement robust solutions. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $151,300 to $261,500 based on location, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
