Sr. Technical Program Manager (L6), INTech Latam Shopping Compliance

In this role, you will be responsible for leading Latam programs in designing, developing, testing, and deploying a variety of new customer experiences by working with engineers. You will partner across functions to help define creative vision, product requirements, user experience, and cross-team integration for retail operations in Mexico, LATAM and the rest of the world.

Key job responsibilities:

• Lead multiple, complex cross-functional initiatives simultaneously from initiation through delivery.
• Make tradeoffs while balancing business needs with technical constraints.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to define near term and long term product roadmap.
• Create mechanisms to drive timely, accurate, and comprehensive project execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to product and engineering team.

The base salary for this position ranges from $128,100/year up to $214,000/year. Salary is based on various factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon offers a total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
