AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) is seeking a Support Engineer for their DC Central Ops team. This role focuses on supporting the on-boarding of new data center capacity and serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) working across multiple organizations.
The position is part of the Data Center Compute and Storage Engineering (DCCSE) Install team, ensuring work in AWS Data Centers is safe, secure, serviceable, and highly available for customers. You'll work with network engineering, service teams, and local operations teams to support hardware deployment and capacity management.
