Description For Support Engineer

Amazon.com aims to be the ultimate destination where customers can find, discover and buy anything online. As a Support Engineer in the EPR Pay-on-behalf team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth EPR Report publication and declarations for EU Sellers.

The role involves working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, utilizing various technologies including AWS services (Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch), SQL, and data processing tools. You'll be responsible for automating manual processes to handle the 50% year-over-year seller growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining data processing pipelines
  • Driving discussions with PMT and stakeholders for metrics generation
  • Building script and tools for test infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting reported bugs
  • Working with distributed systems and web services
  • Supporting seller compliance activities
