Description For Support Engineer

The Support Engineer role in the Quality Mechanisms (QM) team is a critical position focused on maintaining and enhancing systems, tools, and workflows. This role combines technical support with development responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy both problem-solving and coding.

The position involves:

  • Providing frontline support for complex technical issues across multiple products and services
  • Developing and maintaining Java-based projects to improve operational efficiency
  • Creating automation scripts for scheduled activities
  • Monitoring production systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Executing system migrations and upgrades

As a Support Engineer, you'll be part of the Quality Mechanisms (QM) Support team, where you'll:

  • Handle daily maintenance of tools and systems
  • Resolve customer and operations team trouble tickets
  • Work on software migrations and consolidation projects
  • Partner with development teams to maintain high operational standards
  • Automate manual processes to increase team productivity
