Responsibilities For Support Engineer II

  • Become a subject matter expert on one or more services
  • Provide support activities and work with development teams
  • Drive issues to resolution
  • Read and understand complex application code and make approved code fixes
  • Provide mentoring and training to other Support Engineers
  • Create and maintain support documentation
  • Perform code builds and deployments
  • Create and interpret metrics for support success

Requirements For Support Engineer II

  • 3+ years of technical support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
  • Knowledge of AWS integration and usage
