Description For Support Engineer - Mobile App, Mosaic Mobile

Amazon is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team working on the Amazon Seller mobile app, which serves over 1.4 million monthly active users across 23 countries. This role focuses on driving release quality and performance of the mobile app, working alongside software developers, quality engineers, and product managers.

Responsibilities For Support Engineer - Mobile App, Mosaic Mobile

  • Partner with Software Development Engineers and business owners throughout the development lifecycle
  • Own planning, development, and execution of test plans and test cases
  • Execute comprehensive testing across functional and UI areas
  • Develop and improve testing strategies and techniques
  • Drive quality initiatives across rendering frameworks and native implementations
  • Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
  • Champion quality practices throughout development process
  • Collaborate with Surface team on rendering framework integration
  • Validate builder tools ecosystem including debugging console

Requirements For Support Engineer - Mobile App, Mosaic Mobile

JavaScript
Python
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Experience scripting in PowerShell or other scripting languages
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
