Join Amazon's Selling Partner Trust team as a Support Engineer to help create the best buying and selling experience on the internet. This role combines software engineering and technical support to protect Amazon customers from fraud and abuse. You'll work with a team dedicated to building trust across the marketplace experience.

As a Support Engineer, you'll collaborate with Software Development Engineers, Data Engineers, and BI Engineers to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ETL pipelines, and event monitoring solutions at scale. The role involves hands-on coding in JavaScript and Java, creating automation solutions, and supporting critical systems that handle Amazon-scale traffic.

Responsibilities For Support Engineer, Selling Partner Trust

  • Provide software deployment support in staging and production environments
  • Triage incoming tickets and perform troubleshooting tasks across multiple products
  • Build robust and secure solutions for software vulnerabilities and upgrades
  • Collaborate with SDEs and Product Managers to resolve support issues
  • Work on automation and maintenance coding projects in JavaScript and Java
