Responsibilities For System Development Engineer, Engineering (GES/GEIST)
- Ensure system reliability, manage incidents, troubleshoot issues
- Implement comprehensive monitoring systems
- Automate infrastructure processes
- Work with security teams to ensure systems meet compliance standards
- Implement chaos engineering practices
- Develop internal tools for automation and data analysis
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Create systems to aggregate and analyze customer feedback
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap
- Understand complex technologies and diverse customer use cases
Requirements For System Development Engineer, Engineering (GES/GEIST)
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- 5+ years of DevOps or SysOps in a large-scale software development environment experience
