System Development Engineer, Field Oper Return & ReCommerce

As a System Development Engineer, you'll join a team supporting software applications for shipment, item availability, customer promises, and fulfillment services. Key responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and fixing production software issues
• Developing monitoring solutions
• Performing software maintenance and configuration
• Implementing fixes for internally developed code (Perl, Ruby, C/C++, Java)
• Performing SQL queries
• Building automation tools for daily operations
• Working with development teams on Amazon Corporate projects
• Coordinating with multiple Development, Operations and IT Support groups
